The best service I ever had because the staff was so friendly and always positive.

The staff was amazing, the best I ever dealt with and they made me and my family’s stay superb and always well resourced. Would definitely come back.

That our room was right in front of the dining area on floor 1.

Very Good

The staff was great, and the location was convenient.

I was told there was a problem with the electronic lock, so I was given a key. The key wasn’t an issue, but it was difficult to get in and out of the room, so it was more than the electronic part of the lock that wasn’t functioning properly. The room was on the small side.

Great location and the staf was 5-Star!

Location was great and on a quiet street. Only a couple f blocks from the Pantheon and easy walking distance to other attractions like the Trevi Fountain. The breakfast was excellent with very fresh food. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful. We stayed with our family of five and would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The staff is amazing! They were all so welcoming and personable. Gly at the front desk is absolutely lovely. After a seamless check in, she walked us to our room and informed us on all things in our room, and hotel facilities! She was very helpful throughout our stay with taxi’s, etc. The views from the rooftop deck are spectacular. The bartender Kiko made the best cocktails and he was also so very welcoming. He really made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits and pastries and the best pancakes eggs and crispy bacon. A beautiful start to the day. All the staff at breakfast was super attentive and made the best cappuccino and latte’s to order! Even the overnight staff was super attentive! I wish I give this hotel 10 stars. I was so taken by the incredible hospitality by the staff I almost forgot to mention that this boutique property is stunning! The rooms are breathtaking with beautiful architectural details and incredible high ceilings. The location is perfect. Wine stores, supermarkets, restaurants, attractions etc. This hotel gets a 10 out of 10! Oh! And there is an elevator! 10 out of 10!

There is not one thing I can say about this property that I don’t like.

Stay here! It's great!!

Fantastic stay. The people at this hotel are incredible--Marco, George, the luggage person, and the front desk. Rooms are spacious and airy. Beds are comfortable. It is excellent bang for your buck! Highly recommend! Staff had cultural humility and were kind and accomodating.

Would have loved a bathtub, but that's just me and not a big deal. Would have liked soft feather pillows. Would have loved if the front desk was 24 hours and that the door didn't need a code at night.

The support of staff was excellent. The location perfect. Everything was clean and almost new.

The only thing I may say is the noise from the upper level (not from outside, cause two layer windows were perfect) If you are lucky and upper level family has no child, so 100 percet every thing is unbelievably good

Amazing Staff and Location, everything else is just ok.

Every staff member was wonderful to interact with. The location is amazing for locality to just about every typical tourist spot in Rome. Food around the area is great! When asked, we were provided a tray the night beforehand with breakfast for the early tours and trips that we had. Breakfast crew was amazing and knew our coffee orders after day one! Beautiful hotel and rooms with the neutral tones.

Rooms were much smaller than pictured with no real storage to put clothing for 6 days. We did not get the rooms booking showed as reserved. The “family room” that shows a comfy couch/bed for a third person was not in our room, we were given a cot. Shower flooded if you wanted to have it on higher than a trickle. Breakfast is in the middle of a hallway among other rooms, very awkward, and cold in the winter since it’s in an open hallway. Same pre-wrapped breakfast everyday, shame there is not fresh bread or cheese from local places like other 4 star hotels have. Not on par with other 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Would not recommend for families of 5 or more, price was not worth the stay.

The location is excellent just down the street from the Pantheon, surrounding restaurants and piazzas. Great little shops to browse as well. Breakfast was super with attentive staff. The front desk staff were helpful and very friendly Definitely my top pick for a stay in Rome.

Nice clean modern hotel. Felt very comfortable staying there.

Great location. Attractive modern decor

Needed a dresser or cabinet to store clothing. Had to keep clothes for 5 nights in suitcase. Maybe instead of the table under the TV something with shelves or drawers would make storage of clothes better. Otherwise a very nice place.
